ADLAINE ANDOH

My name is Adlaine Andoh. I am 16 years old and a junior at P-TECH. I was born in Ghana and my family came to the United States in search for a better life. Throughout my elementary school years I was always that B+ student. I knew what I wanted in life and was determined to achieve it, then came middle school. Middle school was a little bit tougher and I wasn't as focused as I should be. I was given a second chance when I got my acceptance into P-TECH.

My journey started off a little rocky but after a while I was able to get myself together and remembered the goal I needed to achieve. I began my colleges courses and my perspective of life changed. I was determined to graduate with my high school diploma and AAS degree in fours years. I'm currently a junior with all my high school requirments and halfway through my degree.

Through this internship, I'm able to have the opportunity that many students don't get a chance to have. This is internship is the first step of my journey into the bussiness. I will be able to better every technology skill I've learned since I've stepped foot into P-TECH and become the programmer I know I can be.
